Objective
As the first point of contact with our prospects and customers, your main missions are to ensure that the maximum number of prospects become clients while ensuring that our new customers are aligned with the compliance rules specific to the banking sector (fraud prevention, KYC process) and handle promptly customers requests to make sure they stay satisfied.
Your responsibilities
Under the supervision of our Onboarding Manager Italy, we are looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Italian Onboarding team as a Customer Operations Intern.
This position is strategic and central to the company: you work at the crossroads of different teams (operations, compliance, marketing, product) and you have a direct impact on our success.
This internship will last 6 months and would give you the opportunity to :

- Be hired in a full time position at the end of your internship
For this position, your salary will be 1000€.
Requirements:
You may be a good fit if :
- You are an Italian speaker and have professional knowledge of English;
- You're looking for a 6-month internship to complete your studies (preferably in one the following fields: Business/Economy, Law/Jurisprudence, Communication, Languages).
- You have at least one experience interacting with clients or prospects.
- You are curious about banking topics.
- You possess a strong sense of customer relations, empathy, and are comfortable doing phone calls.
- You are proactive and enjoy taking initiatives.
- You know how to step back and keep your calm in the most complex situations.
- You are proficient in English. Speaking French is a plus.
Hiring process
For this position, our recruitment process consists of 3 steps :
- Video interview with Stefano, Onboarding Manager - 45 minutes
- Physical meeting with the team - 1 hour
