Your responsibilities :
As a Growth Specialist at Blank, you will play a key role in defining, executing, and optimizing a paid acquisition strategy to drive growth through high-performance campaigns. You’ll explore alternative acquisition channels like strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing to boost customer acquisition and reduce costs.
Collaborating with the Marketing and Communication Manager, you’ll take ownership of cutting-edge growth strategies while managing external partners to ensure alignment and maximum ROI. Your focus will be on the strategic development and optimization of campaigns across paid channels, enhancing conversion rates, customer acquisition, and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1) Paid Acquisition
- Develop & execute paid acquisition campaigns: create, implement, and continuously optimize advanced paid acquisition strategies to drive new customer acquisition and enhance Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) in collaboration with the MarCom Manager and the agencies involved.
- Performance optimization: continuously monitor, adjust, and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
2) Exploring new acquisition channels
- Channel Innovation: bring fresh perspectives by experimenting with alternative channels such as partnerships, affiliate marketing, and emerging paid media platforms to discover new and effective ways to expand our customer base.
- New tactics: regularly test and experiment with innovative acquisition strategies based on business needs and market trends.
3) Agency & Partner management
- External agency collaboration: foster collaboration with external agencies (e.g., SEA, affiliate networks, media partners) to ensure campaigns meet performance targets and are tightly aligned with the company goals.
- Strategic briefing: brief and work with external partners to create high-quality campaign assets (e.g., banners, emails, creative assets) and ensure their optimal performance across acquisition campaigns.
4) Optimization & A/B testing
- Campaign optimization: run A/B tests across landing pages, ad creatives, bidding strategies, and other elements to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Landing Pages creation: design and optimize landing pages (using Webflow or other tools) to boost conversions and ensure a seamless user experience.
5) Analytics & Data-Driven Insights:
- Performance Tracking: utilize tools like Piwik Pro, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: leverage HubSpot and other CRM tools to track lead conversions, analyze performance, and refine strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements :

- Experience: 2–3 years of success managing high-budget paid acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Previous experience in Fintech, SaaS, other fast-growing sectors or media agencies is a bonus.
- Agency & Affiliate Management: Skilled in collaborating with external agencies and affiliate networks to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Data-Driven Growth: Expertise in designing, scaling, and optimizing paid acquisition strategies with a data-centric approach, driving growth across diverse channels.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing performance to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Optimization Expertise: Proven experience in running A/B tests and optimizing ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for maximum impact.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Piwik Pro, HubSpot, Google Suite, and Amplitude, with knowledge of Webflow for landing page creation.

Marketing Automation & CRM: Strong background in CRM tools like HubSpot for lead nurturing and customer lifecycle management.
