Your mission
Launch and operate Blank Customer support in Italy and adapt our current ways of working to the local market, while ensuring brand consistency and achieving business goals.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Officer Italy.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' success by providing exceptional support, building strong relationships, and proactively addressing their needs.
As a Customer Success Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our products and services, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Your responsabilities
- Process readiness: Familiarize yourself with the tools and processes used in France and contribute to their adaptation to the Italian market (wording, translation,...).
- Customer relationship: Process, anticipate and proactively address level 1 customer needs, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries, concerns, and issues. Act as the escalation point for complex customer cases.
- Product Feedback and Improvement: Creation and follow-up of bug tickets (Jira) by working closely with the product team to identify the best solutions for investigating and fixing bugs (process improvement, feature developments, etc.).
- Back-office processing: account closure, card order, ID change request (with compliance analysis), recovery etc ...
- Continuous improvement of customer relations: updating of FAQs, automation of processes, optimization of dashboards...
What you’ll bring
- 2-3 years of experience including a successful first experience in customer relations.
- You are familiar with support tools (Zendesk, Jira, Hubspot). Otherwise, you are eager to discover their every secret.
- You are fluent in Italian and proficient in French and English.
- You are curious about technical banking topics.
- You are naturally endowed with a keen sense of customer relations, and your empathy is recognized by everyone.
- You are an spelling champion.
- You know how to step back and keep your calm in the most complex situations.
- You are proactive and enjoy taking initiatives.
