Your mission:
As a Senior Partnership Manager, you will build our partnerships playbook and use it to drive growth through the acquisition, development, and management of key partners.
By scaling the partnership channel your mission is to drive a sustainable clients acquisition through competitive acquisition costs.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Onboarding, Product, and Customer Operations to ensure partnerships translate into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy: build and scale a successful partnership strategy that will drive substantial growth.
- Business Development: identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners aligned with business goals and drive the full partnership lifecycle — from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and execution, focusing on our key stakeholders such as accountants, professional associations, freelancer platforms…
- Partnership Success: build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners at multiple organizational levels.
- Performance Management: track, measure, and report on partnership performance against KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership success and resolve operational challenges.
- Market Intelligence: stay up to date on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
What you’ll bring
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic account management (B2B/SaaS/Fintech experience preferred).
- Strategic mindset with excellent hands-on execution skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and grow existing partnerships, with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative communicator, able to work across teams and with external partners to drive outcomes.
- Creative and test-oriented, ability to think out of the box and experimenting new levers for growth.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
